Sports Team Activities
This active group of qualified trainers help our residents to optimise their fitness capabilities. EV Sports Team is offering approximately 15 different programs and activities with more than 20 coached (females and males). All the coaches are certified and are continuously undergoing training to ensure a high-quality service for ALL.
 
The team offer fitness and a variety of classes for both adults and children, whether you are a beginner or an advanced client.
The activities may vary depending on the availability of the trainers and the interest of the residence.
 

Gymnasium

Our fully equipped wellness gym boasts the latest fitness equipment. The EV Sports team offers the best certified professional personal training solutions to ensure improved health, positive results, and high performance available for both ladies and gents and offering tailormade training and nutritional programs.
 

Swimming

EV Sports Team has registered swimming coaches that can assist in classes for beginners and accomplished swimmers.
 

Squash, Tennis, Badminton training

EV Sports team offers training for juniors, amateurs, and professionals.
 

Basketball and Football training

EV Sports team offers training with top trainers for both adults and kids-building teams for competitions.
 

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport based on kicking and punching. Great for general fitness or self-defence available for adults and kids. Organising matches locally and internationally for the advanced players.
 

Boxing

You do not have to be a boxer to train like one. Discover your inner warrior and reveal incredible physical results as you build muscular strength and cardio endurance. The classes are fun, fresh & a motivating way to get your workout in the courses for all ages.
 

Yoga and Pilates

Yoga is a mind and body practice with a 5,000-year history in ancient Indian philosophy. Modern yoga has evolved with a focus on exercise, strength, flexibility, and breathing. Boosting physical, mental well-being and promoting relaxation.
 
Pilates a method of exercise that consists of low-impact and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Generally, it includes activities that promote core strength and muscle balance, muscle control, and endurance, including exercises that stress proper posture and movement patterns, balanced flexibility, and strength. Further helpful in training for sports or physical rehabilitation.
 

FloatFit

Floatfit is a new fun group fitness craze performed on floating exercise mats in the pool. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
 

Zumba, toning, HIIT and Strong nation

Zumba is a combination of dance which includes fast and slow rhythms. High-intensity interval training, combining body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves, synced to music that is specifically selected to match every single move.
 

METAFIT

Metafit is a high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.
Designed by a former Royal Marine Commando and international gymnast in 2010, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits. Its only 30 minutes long and will set the metabolism on fire. It is suitable for everyone, and you can adjust the exercises to suit your abilities.

Gymnastics

EV Sports team offers training for kids. Gymnastics is a sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups.
